The swimming pool is set in a garden, looking out onto neighboring fields and the horizon. It is large enough for laps and has a children’s pool next to it. Surrounded by sun loungers and grouped seats, this area is a place to spend an entire day, and drinks and food can be served poolside.
Nothing in Bali is too far away and can be reached in a day trip: Tanah Lot temple with its famous sunsets is 40km away; Ubud is 50km away; the beach strip from Seminyak through Legian to Kuta is 50km away; the airport is 55km away; Lovina and the beaches of the north coast are 50km away. Shorter trips include Balian Beach, Pura Mekori, and Pupuan with its coffee plantations and Sleeping Buddha Temple, and Mount Batukaru is just to the north.
Kebun has a public restaurant and bar serving breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks. There is a large sun terrace facing the view to the garden and the sea in the distance. Food and drinks can also be served at the pool or in the rooms. Guests can enjoy a round of mini golf, a game of ping pong, or boules in the gardens, and in the restaurant there is a library of books and games. Hiking in the local area can be arranged with the staff for a small fee.
There are several types of deluxe rooms around the Kebun gardens, reached by paths and steps. The deluxe rooms are large, with double or twin beds, en suite shower rooms and plenty of space to relax, with large terraces where you can sit in the shade and relax. The deluxe rooms showcase our antique teak furniture and collection of artworks.
